I've been out the past few weeks in the cold and noticed on two occasions that my bow is noticeably more noisy on the draw. It creaks loudly. I drew on one doe and she spooked1t 17yds, drew on another that was at 31yds and got her but she definitely heard me draw too. the bow is very silent during the warmer weather. Its an '08 Martin Cheetah.
anyone else have this problem or solutions?
thanks.

It happens to everyone this time of year. Everything is louder in the woods when it's this cold. It's tough to correct considering everything is frozen, including our equipment:(

draw your bow while settling in to the stand. it seems to help with the noise. also, I usually get up and stretch every so often during times of inactivity and draw the bow then too. also triflow/ or a teflon lubricant on wheels, cams, and cable guard reduce noise and friction.

yep, i actually have been doing that the past few days and it seems to help. there's definitely less noise on the send and third pull once i gets cold.
