Favorite Deer Cam?

Whats your favorite deer cam? I have the stealth cam 4.0 and am not very pleased with it. The six batteries die in less than a week and I am not picking up deer outside 15 ft at night. Any thoughts on an upgrade?

I have the Moultrie 4.0 infrared camera...it works really well for me...Its got plenty of battery life...I have actually taken over 3,000. pics this year and had it out since early august and the battery life is saying 83%...Its on sale in Cabelas and Bass Pro Shops I believe for $199.00 That is cheap for a camera that uses infrared at night! Color picks during the day! They have another 5.0 Moultrie that sells for $229.00 I would definitely recommend it...The comments from people are mostly good and it has been ranked a 4.3 out of a total 5 stars from previous owners...worth the purchase!:bow:

We use all Moultries, the 6.0 takes great pics, but the 4.0 is plenty good, that is the one I'd recommend for the price, in the infrared too, as i beleive the white flash spooks them more than red. Also, Moultrie just came out with a security box for their cameras...about time, as we've lost a bunch of them to Bears over the years...the last pic is always a good one...either a paw or gums and teeth :eek:

I just bought moultrie6 it has lots of bells and whisles but not really necessary (nice to have) takes fantastic pictures. hope to set it up over a gut pile tihs year and get pics of coyotes and other critters during the night

Can you view the picks on the Moultrie or do you have to hook it up to
something else! and what would you hook it up to?:huh:
