Just recently recieved this gun as a gift. I was wondering where i could get chokes for this gun. It came with a mod and a improver cyl.
Also if any1 on here has this gun how is it for pheasent hunting or hunting deer with buckshot?

I have killed a Sh-t load of grouse and pheasants with this gun. I only had one problem with the searer. Other than that the gun is work horse. The chokes you can use are for the Mossberg 500 Chokes. Hope this helps and don't feel bad about your Stoeger, It shoots as well as my higher end guns, its just heavier.

I can't say that I have. I use my Mossberg for anytype of deer hunting and it has a slug barrel. I don't see why it would be a problem, just buy two IC Mossberg chokes for it and see what happens.

Just a personal preference. IC still constricts the shot just not as much constriction. I am just one of those guys that is overly cautious about things.. Plus the extra IC chokes will help you out if you go grouse or quail hunting.

my dad gave my son one in 20 ga. it's a great little work horse. we/he uses it for pheasant/clays/small game, and never an issue. i take it out sometimes when im just walkin the farm, or when we have bon fires/cookouts its the gun i let everyone shoot clays with. never an issue in 3-4 years and 1000's of rounds thru it.
never shot buckhot thru it though.
 Try a "Pattern Master" choke in your gun. Don't be scared by the initial price it's well worth the cost. I have several of them and mine holds an 18" pattern at 42 yards w/3" OOB. I killed ten deer with ten pulls of the trigger, I swear by it. It's available thru Cabela's.
