Anybody use King of the Mountain parkas, Bibs, or shirts ? I got a set and find it warmer than the thinsulate, quieter too since it's outer layer is wool. Pricey stuff. But worth the cost.

I dont have king of the mountain apperal, But i iam i big fan of it. I have columbia wools, bibs and jacket, I like the camo patern/color better. They are very simular to the king of the mountian. I love hunting in wool, very quite for still hunting and very warm on those freezing days. Even when it gets wet it will still keep you warm. I also think it is warmer then any thinsulate apperal. If the military uses it for cold climates you know its good stuff. Definatly worth the money.

I agree on wool for warmth and comfort. I found a spot and got an old original Pa. Hunters Tuxedo (Woolrich) new. Pottstown. At the time they also had about 15 original Navy Peacoats. I was tempted.

It's been a few years, but I'll bet there are US NAVY peacoats still in that store- Pottstown.
