Is Waterfowl Hunting Open Christmas Day?

I just re-read the Digest. Is it only deer hunting that's not allowed on Christmas day? I haven't hunted ducks in 8 years, only deer, but thought I remembered all hunting was closed Christmas day. I can't keep track of all these friggen rules!

Waterfowl is open, it's just deer hunting that's closed because the checkin stations are closed.
