Apples attract bees....big time down my way...both the yellow jackets and those giant killer bee looking things that chew on oak trees.....walk near the pile and get chased away....turns the deer noctournal because of the bee activity.....I stay away form apples..been there done that....A friend threw out a bushell last week. i talked to him today and he told me of all the bees and the untouched apples.....
