There's a couple of things I believe you don't get...

#1. You did not receive "3 infractions". You received 1 infraction, only after being warned 3 times previously.

We're not edit happy, or abusing our powers, etc. We gave you ample opportunity by issuing you 3 warnings prior to your infration.

You have 3 warnings and 1 infraction. That's 2 warnings more then my Daddy ever gave me ;)

#2. I don't care if someone posts a picture of dinosaur. If it's a report we're not going to allow the report to be disrupted.

If after the fact you find evidence that the dinosaur picture was a hoax, by all means, start your own thread and tell us about it. Otherwise DO NOT disrupt other members reports.

If everytime someone posts a report, we allow others to jump in with "I dunno? Doesn't look like it to me! Yada, yada, yada...". That's when people stop posting reports. If people stop posting, people stop visiting the site. If people stop visiting the site... do ya see where I'm going with this?

Do you know how to keep people posting, weed through the crap threads not the posts that people put in them stating how ridiculous the thread is, which in the end you find out really is.

One thing you don't understand Ron, my Daddy gave me warnings and I took those serious, not some guy who runs a website. You and your edit happy cronies have drove more people from posting on here than you realize.

Remember you don't get to set at the big boy table because your a moderator of a website.

You may feel as though this place is a "waste of time", and that's probably why you choose to ignore our warnings,etc :rolleyes: However, I'd be willing to bet there are plenty of folks who would disagree with you.

Many of the people who contribute to our community put a lot of time and effort into their posts. To say their posts are "BS" is wrong and I'm sure very much unapreciated.

No ones trying to chase you out EMK. We just need you to understand ya can't continue disrupting members reports. It's not your job (or mine) to determine if someones report is BS or not. If someone posts a report that you find questionable or whatever...fine. Stop reading and move on. The next time you read a post by that individual...well...let's just say you'll have a better understanding of where they're coming from :)

Phil, Way to show your incompatance a imaturity. I guess when you register and they ask you about privacy, if you want your e-mail public or not means nothing to you, this is what I was talking about.

When I emailed you that, i was relaying a request from a reader who obviously does not want to register to this site justfor these reason. There were a few phone calls made between people and fish and game is now involved in it. i was trying to keep something from blowing up more than needed. It ment nothing to me personally, just a favor. But your last post her shows your true colors and how you are when a confrontation arises.

Honestly EMK, I'm quite certain we both know there are more then a "few" people here who contribute. Are we all "experts"...no. Are there gonna be a few BS'ers from time to time...of course there will! As I mentioned before, after a while you begin to relize who the BS'er are and aren't.

What you don't do is send the EMK police out to "'scrutinize" every report that might look a little fishy. Through their own actions, the BS'ers will single themselves out. We don't need you (or anyone else) to sound the horn.

And again...we're not trying to chase ya out. Ya just need ta underatand we can't allow reports to be disrupted....thats all.

:nuts::naughty: man i love this sight. i go on it every day after school before school and right before i go to bed. i hate how every time i come on there is somebody bashing another over something rediculous. whether it is over someone shootinga button buck or someone driving deer or something that is there own personal desision. heck i shot to button bucks last year. they were my first 2 deer and i still know that there are 4 spikes, 2, 5 points, a 9 point and more. i have people driving back behind my house every year and amazingly there are still deer out there:eek:. you know there are decisions that you make, and if people want to go at eachother than thats fine. just please don't do it on here. i don't want to waste my time reading posts about fighting when i could be doing something better with my time.:huh:

You're not alone Bird Boy! I'd be willing to bet the majority of folks could do withouth the :fight: However, in reality, when it comes to public message boards, you can always count on heated debates firing up from time to time. That's just the way it is...not just here at the Buck Barn, but everywhere...at least every mesageboard I've ever visited.

In any case, I believe we're fortunate to have a really good group of contributers amoung us. Sure there's a few :nuts: in the mix. And every now and then someone wants to :fight: But for the most part, we've assembled a pretty good group :)

BTW, I'm glad you're enjoying the site :thup:
