Got a Springer she is 5 month Smart dog from what i am seeing. Great nose. What do you think?

Good dog, you won't be disappointed. My brothers springer has one hell of a nose. He loves going into the brush for small game. Usually comes out with a rabbit in his mouth.

Here is my dog he is a great hunter with a good nose. He got a little hard headed around 3 years old. It's called Springer rage syndrom. He had to leave the house a go into a kennel.

Springers are GREAT dogs. We've had several. We currently have a 7 yrold male named Jake. They are on the top 10 smartest dogs list. Great family dogs and great field dogs. Check out MAESSR (Mid Atlantic English Springer Spaniel Rescue). We've fostered dogs for them till they find a home. It is a great organization. One thing I will say about springers though. Watch out for the young males. Unfortunitly, their are many young males put down because of an attitude problem. Young males tend to be a bit testy, but not all though.

I had a springer for 10 years, took her out when she was 8 months old and she hunted like a champ. But the best thing about a Springer is the disposition, Just a sweet dog and a lover.

really all the spaniels have great noses. ive had 2 brittanys for 2 years.:D

You are one lucky person,the field bred Springer Spaniel is the best pheasant dog there is,bar none!And one Great hunting companion.
