Have been exploring Tuckahoe and Peaslee a little lately and am wondering where Bevan is? I know its near Millville but can't seem to find out much information on how to get there.
Thanks!

From route 49 west come through Millville across the Maurice River bridge and make a left at Cedarville rd. At the very next traffic light which is Cedarville and SilverRun Rd make another left. Continue for approx 4 miles and you will cross another small bridge which you are now entering Laurel Lake, make a quick right after the bridge and continue straight for approx 3 miles and the game reserve entrance will be on the left with 3 or 4 surrounding fields. Bevans is very large and many different ways to get in, but this is probabbly the easiest from Rt 49... Hope this helps!

Your welcome!
Bevans is almost the size of Peaslee WMA, but with more fields and lots more birds... Like I said once you get there you will see that there is about about 10 different ways to go, plus Bevans has an East and West sides. The west side is considered the Shaws Mill side which hold a lot of birds also:thup:... Good luck!

Bevans gets CRAZY crowded on stocked days (especially Saturdays!). A buddy and me tried there last Sat but got shut out because of crowd. We couldn't find any field to hunt that didn't already have like 2-3 other large groups in it. I will only hunt Bevan during the week.
I've hunted Tuckahoe/Corbin City and Peaslee all my hunting life and they are more pleasant places to hunt!
That being said Bevans on non-stocked days is a great place to hunt, you can usually find birds!
