I have a t/c omega .50cal. I shoot 245gr. aerotip/100gr. pyrodex pellets. I'm thinking of switching to 223gr. aerotip. Did anyone else try to shoot them.

T/C Shock wave is the best bullet I ever shot. I shoot 1" groups at 100 yards and they destroy deer.

I can't speak for the aero tips, but I have used the copper hollow point .50 cal for several years and it knocks the hell out of them. I have bagged three with these and have never had a deer run more than 30 feet after being hit with one. I will keep using them that's for sure!
