Hunted saturday morning at Bevans with the normal crew minus a best friend. Friday night, Tyler, a German short hair pointer after a long battle, was lost to prostate cancer. But, we hunted saturday morning in memory of him and found 3 birds in his honor, downing 2. It was a tough day on his owner, Meammachine, hunting the same fields without him. He will truly be missed.

Sorry to hear that steve-o. It's never easy losing a family member:( Glad you made him proud with the 3 birds.

I have picked up a lot of birds that flew to that side of the Game reserve, especially that front field to your right in the picture! You should also try back at the old land fill directly across the street. Those old apple orchards hold a lot of birds also.... Good luck Steve-o:thup:
