help!!!!!

i shoot a traditions pursuit xlt. i used the gun last year. had the scope set and was dead on at 100yds. after the season i put it away. tried shooting it 2 weeks ago. cant hit the paper. take it to the local gun shop have it bore sighted. still cant hit the paper. i havent changed amo or powder. anyone have any ideas? i have to fix this problem before dec1!

Well if you can't hit paper take the scope off and try iron sights at 25 yards.... see what you can do.. then put the scope back on the gun....BEFORE you take the scope off try it at 25 yards .. used a huge piece of paper... Let me know how you make out

if i cant get the scope right im going to shoot fixed sights. thanx for the info.

Something happened to me.
Couldn't hit crap.I put a huge piece of cardboard up at 50 yds.Shot a few saw were I was hitting" way off " Made some corrections still way off. Drove me nutz. No matter what I did sighting in it would not shoot consistent.

Scope Bases were loose.

Added some Gun Tight locked them down good to go

that is one thing i overlooked. i am going to take it back and have them check and see if they are loose.

What'd the guy charge to boresight? I'd ask for that back because he obviously didn't get it right.

Always check the base and rings to see if they are tight if a gun shoots off .Then check the screws that hold the stock to the barrel. If you take it back where you had it boresighted have them hit the recoil pad lightly while you look into the scope. If the scope has a problem the cross hairs will jump around on the boresighter screen.

i took it back to the place that did it. when the looked at it they said one of the employees did it wrong. they fixed free of charge.im gonna try it again this weekend..
