wtf toyota plug blows out

anyone ever have there spark plug blow out of the head? coming home last night mine did looked at this morning tothink it just vibrated loose but no its stripped. is there anything on market gfor this like oversized threads or just helicoil. and has anyone attempted it(helicoil) without taking off block.wondered how difficult it was . im the guy with no patience and usally break somethin while fixing something. ANY SUGGESTIONS???
IM ON DISABILITY VERY LIMITED INCOME mechanic is way last option as i need to eat also

I had the same thing happen on my F-150, I had gone to auto zone about a month before and bought new plugs and installed them and come to find out they had given me the wrong style plugs and one of them blew out. Took it to Salem County Collision and they repaired it with a heli-coil with the head still on the truck, cost about $500.00 to fix it but they also replaced the rest of the plug's and coils.
