Fair Hill MD Management area

i was curious if any buckbarner is familar with the area or has hunted it before.. its strictly archery only.. and has 5 differnt zones. i picked up my MD license and am curious to hear if anyone has had luck in the area or any tips i can pick up from personal expierence of the area.

I haven't hunted this area myself but a friend of mine has. You have to kill a doe first and it seems like he saw 12 bucks before he saw a doe so that was a little frustrating. There are many deer there and they are quality deer due to the archery only. You have to gain a season permit for one of the zones , I'm not sure if you need to apply before the season or not.
